Merchandise/Information table: volunteers distribute festival badges to ticket-holders (pre-purchased at Malco ticket booth), handle sales of festival merchandise (t-shirts, etc.), answer questions about the film festival and/or Oxford.

Ushering: volunteers verify that everyone going into the theater holds an appropriate badge, and report any projection problems to festival co-directors and/or theater management.

Hospitality: volunteers help set up and clean up for social events. Please note that these events generally begin after 9:00pm, but may require advance set-up.

Transportation: volunteers help transport visiting filmmakers and panelists around Oxford, and potentially to/from the Memphis International Airport. Volunteers making airport runs will be compensated for mileage.

Publicity = pre-festival, January 2008. Volunteers will distribute posters and printed programs around Oxford, including locations on the University of Mississippi campus.
